Return Policy
Our policy for return is simple. If units are received broken upon arrival, we will send out parts to replace the broken ones at no cost to you. Under the rare occasion, if a product is arrived "dead", we will replaced it at no charge, after we inspect the product.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all S&H charges incurred for returning any products.
- Simply email us, with the problem and we will send you your RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and where to ship you product, if the problem requires you to do so.
- You must include the original invoice with the items you are returning. Make sure to specify on the invoice the reason for return and if you are looking for replacement parts, or a full replacement. If you choose to have your parts shipped to you, please note the exact item you are looking for. Please be advised that after you receive your exchange you cannot return it any longer.
- We do not refund any product.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped through UPS delivery.
Please Note:
In mose cases an order will be shipped the same day it is recieved if the order is sent by 10:00AM PST.
Otherwise it will be shipped the next business day. All orders placed after Friday, 10:00AM PST will be
shipped the following Monday.
Shipping:
KendoGumdo.com ships only with UPS which takes 3-10 buisness days to arrive.
Sales Tax:
California State law requires us to charge sales tax on all orders sent within California State.
If you are a reseller, you must fax us your reseller certificate from the State of California and you will not be charged any sales tax.

- We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to our website, new services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
